Mark's son Matthew joins for this episode. They talk about the difference between having landmarks for your journey versus having a north star.
1. A landmark might be great, but it may not be on the path to where you are actually going.
2. Comparing our life to a journey, landmarks are nice, but most of the time we are traveling to a destination.
3. A north star keeps us on track all the time.
4. If we don't have the north star of purpose, it is very hard to be confident as we travel hundreds of miles down the road to somewhere!
